Other things to demonstrate as an alpha male are:
be proactive, not reactive. Thus if you are rejected by a woman, don't take the 'her loss' way of thinking. That's just sour grapes so don't do it.
have no expectation of the outcome
Add value to the group
bring interesting conversation. Be engaging, warm, friendly, happy. As if when you turn away from the set, they are left in the cold.
Be a giver, not wanting to get anything back
Don't be an emotional leech or an atmosphere vampire. Don't drain the energy of the set.
make someone feel good about themself
Introduce people to one another
