Before heading out on your sarging mission. Prepare a sign which says in big bold letters 'Someone's name, Wish you were here?' Print it out on an A4 piece of paper, fold it up and put it in your pocket.
At your venue, approach as you normally do.
Say "You guys look like fun. I need your help with something. Pull out sign slowly. My friend was supposed to come. But cancelled to have a first date with a girl they met online.
Tell the set that they represent the city that you're in well. Then ask them to pose in a shot holding the sign, you can jump in the shot if someone else can take the shot too.
Afterwards, add "You guys are rockstars. I have to get back to my friends now. But if you see any hot girls in here, send them over to me ok".
You could either return to your friends, hit the next set and return later or remain in set if you're building attraction and want to transition.
